In this screen, you set the impression
charges by three different project complexity, namely
Easy, Normal and
Difficult.
As a rule of thumb, Easy refers to black and white print, Normal
represents 4-color print, whereas Difficult is connected to Solid
or Card printing.
Meantime you may set Plate and Masking Charges too. Please notice
Charges per Day represents your daily charges required to operate
this press machine.
Once you are done, click Next. |

Set the Paper Spoilage Allocation based on
initialization ( for e.g. >1,000 ) and maturity ( for e.g.
<30,000 ) working quantity.
For Example, let's say the job is 1 side print 4C,
when working quantities is 1,000, the spoilage will be 200pcs.
when it reached 30,000 working quantities, the spoilage will be
350.
If the working quantity is between 1,000 - 30,000, the spoilage
will be within 200-350. |

| 2. Both Side Print : Specify the costing of
easy, normal and
difficult job. |

Set the Paper Spoilage Allocation based on
initialization ( for e.g. >1,000 ) and maturity ( for e.g.
<30,000 ) working quantity.
For Example, let's say the job is 2 side print 1C+1C,
The first column is call Press Initialization where the machine is
not stable yet.
The second column is called Production Maturity where the machine
is running smoothly.
When the working quantities reached 1,000, the spoilage will
be 100pcs.
When it reached 30,000 working quantities, the spoilage will be
250pcs.
If the working quantity is between 1,000 - 30,000, the spoilage
will be within 100-250pcs.

Press Machine Rate Simulator. |
