  1. You may access Online Help by clicking the question mark button on the Printelli Estimator software, or getting help from Tutorial section in Estimator CD.

  2. If Online Help does not address your problem, call your local Printelli Representative.

  3. If your local Printelli Representative still could not solve your problem after on-call or on-site support, the Representative will communicate the problem to Printelli Support Task Force at HQ.

  4. The Task Force will rectify your problem either perform on-call, email, fax, electronic file transfer or on-site support, depending on what critical your problem is.
