Standard 1

There are 9 levels of calculation for press charges. Level 1 = Easy Job Lightweight Level 2 = Normal Job Lightweight Level 3 = Difficult Job Lightweight Level 4 = Easy Job Middle Range Level 5 = Normal Job Middle Range Level 6 = Difficult Job Middle Range Level 7 = Easy Job Heavy Weight Level 8 = Normal Job Heavy Weight Level 9 = Difficult Job Heavy Weight

Each level determines the press running speed per hour

The 9 levels you set will determine the press running speed per hour. If you selected Standard 1, Level 1 is referring to Easy Job, Lightweight  Level 1 refers to 1 color, Paper GM between 60-70gm and Ink Coverage is between 0 璽?砂€?30%. So you need to set 2 Values, the first one is the no of press running speed per hour at the initial stage which is not stable. Another value is the no of press running speed per hour at the maturity stage which at a full speed.

Below are details of standard 1: It categories into 3 categories (Easy Job, Normal Job and Difficult Job) Easy Job - 1 Color (1:0) Normal Job - 2 Colors (2:0, 1:1) Difficult Job - 4 Colors (4:0, 2:2) For each Job, there is Lightweight, Middle Range and Heavyweight. In Lightweight category for Easy Job, there are 3 key factors : 1. Colors 2. Paper GM 3. Ink Coverage. If the job consist of 1 color, paper is between 60-70 gm and the Ink Calculation is falls under 0-30%, it is belongs to : LEVEL 1, Easy Job , Lightweight.

As for standard 2 The Ink Coverage is the main category which is different then Standard 1 and it is differentiated by Easy Job, Normal Job and Difficult Job. Lightweight璽?砂s Paper GM for the 3 types of Jobs are the same whereby the Ink Coverage is the key factor to determine Easy, Normal and Difficult Job. 1) If the job specification is Color 璽?砂€? (1:0) Paper Gm is between 60 璽?砂€?70 Gm Ink Coverage is between 0-30%       The job falls under LEVEL 1, Easy Job, Lightweight         2) If the job specification is Color 璽?砂€?(1:1) Paper Gm is between 71 璽?砂€?200Gm Ink Coverage is between 31-60 %       The job falls under LEVEL 5, Normal Job, Middle Range      3) If the job specification is Color 璽?砂€?(4:4) Paper Gm is more then 201 or less then 59Gm Ink Coverage is between 61-100%       The job falls under LEVEL 9, Difficult Job, Heavyweight
